Lihat dari traffic sources aja 90% dari search engine. tapi ternyata itu tak memberi jaminan anda sebagai publisher yang baik.

Ya sudah,Yang sudah terjadi biarkan terjadi, relakan saja. mungkin saja memang kesalahan  atau mungkin kecerobohanku sehingga melanggar ketentuan/TOS yang di tetapkan oleh Google.

Saatnya untuk mereview kembali website-websiteku, dan mencari dimana yang melanggar TOS dari Adsense. Walaupun akan memakan waktu.

Logika saya sebagai web master abal-abal kebanyakan visitors akan cenderung meng clik iklan dari infolinks sehingga Click Through Rate infolinks sangat tinggi. Bagaimana seandainya kita disable infolinks apakah 5% Click Through Rate dari infolink akan masuk ke iklan adsense? Nggak perlu 5% kita anggap saja 2% Click Through Rate saja sehingga akan menaikan Click Through Rate google adsense menjadi 4% anda bisa bayangkan earning adsense akan meningkat menjadi 8 kali lebih besar….:)

Dengan berbagai tehnik seorang webmaster bias mengecoh search engine untuk mengindek dan member rangking lebih tinggi untuk content websitenya, walaupun sebenarnya website tersebut mempunyai kualitas content yang rendah atau lebih parah tanpa content sama sekali dan hanya berisi link ke website lain. Atau dibuat muter2 dengan google customs search, atau google ad search.

Bagi para webmaster tentu sudah sangan hafal ini, tapi cobalah kita jujur pada diri sendiri,  seandainya kita yang diposisi user dan dibuat muter muter tanpa hasil. Tentu bukan user experience yang menyenangkan. Jadilah Blogger Yang Bermanfaat. Bagi yang getol maen adsense memang akan meningkatkan adsense for searchnya. Buat user yang merasa masuk ke web spam dan merasa hasil pencariannya melalui google kurang bagus berilah feddback ke google, dengan klik Kirim Umpanbalik yang ada di paling bawah dari hasil pencarian. Tinggal ikutin aja wizardnya mudah-mudahan kan mengurangi jumlah webspamer. Atau gunakan search engine lain. Masih ada search engine lain Yandex, Bing, dogpile, ask, blekko dan lain

Mengesampingkan segala kekurangan, tentu pastilah ada kelebihannya. (walaupun belum aku temukan itu ). Yang jelas tanpa dia tentu aq nggak sempat nulis di blog ini yang jarang-jarang aq update dan beberapa blog lain yang ku kelola.

Terpikir olehku seandainya si Mbak sumi bekerja di arab saudi belum tentu cuma diketawai malah dapan cacian “bahlul ente” dari majikan yang temperamen.  jangan mengeneralisasi ah tentu ada juga majikan yang baik di arab saudi sana.

It’s been a long journey to this point. Hans Keirstead’s original work at UC Irvine was able to get mice moving again after severe spinal injuries back in 2005. The FDA approval process for human trials was long, and not easy considering the Bush administration’s opposition to human embryonic stem cell research. Geron’s clinical trials for GRNOPC1 faced a year of delay to address FDA concerns with lesions on spinal cords in rodent models. Even once the phase I portion officially began earlier in the summer, it wasn’t clear how quickly the trials would begin. Eligibility for GRNOPC1 requires treatment to begin no later than 14 days after injury. It’s been a waiting game to see which of the seven testing sites would first find a viable patient. Now, with that patient probably already receiving his or her first injections of hESC, we can finally rest easy knowing that the research is finally underway.

About Spinal Cord Injury

Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) is caused by trauma to the spinal cord that results in a loss of such functions as locomotion, sensation or bowel/bladder control. A traumatic blow to the spine can fracture or dislocate vertebrae that may cause bone fragments or disc material to injure the nerve fibers and damage the glial cells that insulate the nerve fibers in the spinal cord. Most human SCIs are contusions (bruises) to the cord, rather than a severance of the nerve fibers. Every year approximately 12,000 people in the U.S. sustain spinal cord injuries. The most common causes are automobile accidents, falls, gunshot wounds and sports injuries.

About GRNOPC1

GRNOPC1 contains hESC-derived oligodendrocyte progenitor cells that have demonstrated remyelinating and nerve growth stimulating properties leading to restoration of function in animal models of acute spinal cord injury. Preclinical studies showed that administration of GRNOPC1 significantly improved locomotor activity and kinematic scores of animals with spinal cord injuries when injected seven days after the injury. Histological examination of the injured spinal cords treated with GRNOPC1 showed improved axon survival and extensive remyelination surrounding the rat axons. Of course, after all the trouble to get to this first patient, there’s still no guarantee that GRNOPC1 will be a viable treatment for human spinal cord injury. Watching mice move their hind legs again after complete lower paralysis is amazing, but animal models can’t always predict how humans will respond to treatments. Even in the best case scenario, the patients treated with GRNOPC1 are unlikely to ever regain full mobility. Yet hESC could mean the difference between spending a life confined to a wheelchair and being able to walk slowly with crutches. If successful, I have no doubt it will be a welcomed change for the patients of the trial.

Despite Geron’s clinical trials, the controversy surrounding embryonic stem cell use is far from over. We recently discussed a court ruling by a US Federal judge that forestalled public funding of hESC research despite President Obama’s actions to the contrary. That case is still being resolved, though the injunction against current hESC research has been stayed. With successes and setbacks still piling up on the balance scales, it’s a critical time for stem cell research. There are still many conditions, especially those related to nerve damage, that may be treated using embryonic stem cells. Geron in particular has expressed hope that GRNOPC1, which may work by repairing myelin sheath damage on nerve cells, could help with Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer’s, and Canavan Disease. These early steps in hESC clinical trials may effect stem cell therapies and research for years to come. We can hope that they will succeed, not just for the difference it will make in the lives of phase I patients, but for the momentum it will give to future treatments under development.
